Uno de los proyectos realizados por los estudiantes es el sabajon de chachafruto con el fin de brindar a la comunidad diferentes alimentos económicos y deliciosos.
Su misión esta orientada por los diferentes directivos de la institución de tal manera que promueve en los jóvenes un estilo de comercio, permitiéndolas analizar su entorno

The chacahfruto is a tree that in Colombia is located in the Central and Eastern mountain range in the department of Cundinamarca, is observed cultivated in the municipalities of Anolaima, Cachipai, among other places. It is a native species.

SABAJON DE CHACHAFRUTO

El chachafruto es un arbol que en Colombia se localiza en la cordillera Central y Oriental en el departamento de Cundinamarca, se observa cultivado en los municipios de Anolaima, Cachipai, La Palma, Pacho y San Antonio de Tena. Tambien cultvada en la Sabana de Bogotá entre entre otros lugares. Es una especie nativa.
